Pic's worth a thousand words ;-)
Of course you can see whats in this pic at the public works shop where rlshieldjr works. There are two brand new M-400A3s, 250w HPS. Also a M-400R2, 250w HPS. I don't know what the M-250R2 and the M-250A2 use but I presume they are HPS. Last of all, there are a few PowrDoor modules from trashed old shaded GE M-400As from 30 years ago, 200w-400w HPS.

Wow! I wonder if they have a lot of NOS ballasts and lamps there, maybe even a cobra too Smile
Silverliner14B   [Nov 12, 2010 at 04:33 PM]
The cobras are all 80s or later, HPS too. The ballasts in storage are a variety for many different lamps, some for mercury lamps but they are still being used for the remaining mercs they have. I saw a ballast for a 2000w MH sports lamp (its double ended, looks just like a typical MH arc tube but no outer bulb) and boy it was huge!
