im guessing the one with the Tree Thingy on it is still in Service....and i do add...excelent shot!

Nope! Its the shoebox ones that is in service...... from what i see....it seems now for this parking lot our electric company services them instead of the private owner, one reason why this may have been done....the poles that those shoeboxes are at are Shakespear branded fiberglass poles and i believe those shoeboxes are GEs if I am correct...

beats me but I know the old ones were owned by the parking lot and the shopping center while the new ones the electrical company serves it...

The old ones are probably left behind because the electric company doesn't own them, so they can't take them down without permission.
