Jewel 75w Color-Tone
Duro-Test made lots of these colored neck bulbs under several names such as Jewel, Luxor, etc. This one was made in '69. NOS, but there are a few spots of cracks in the green paint. I dunno how Jewel used the Color-Tone name, it was a Westinghouse and later a Philips trademark.

Nice Unique Lamp...but what is the Purpose of a Clear End with a Colored Neck? Cool

Colored neck bulb!?! I think it is really neat! I never have seen this unique process! I'll give you three star for that...

Prolly used for the colorful effects desired during the psychedelic and disco eras of the 60s and 70s. Duro-Test made the colored neck bulbs until the early-mid 80s.
