StreetLight #210 - Something's Missing Here...
Pair of streetlights in a parking lot, one missing its door.
Pic quality isn't the best since it was taken out the car window.

Those OVXs look so small without the door lol. The door is practically the entire housing! Laughing

Yeah... the door seems like its 3/4'ths of the light .lol. Laughing

I saw a derelict looking m250r2 in a similar state the other day. Sad

Yeah M-250R2s loose their doors all the time. Rolling Eyes

I found the piece of the old door and took it home from this light. I might still have the NEMA tag laying around... I scrapped the door though. I have a picture of it in my gallery, here...

INSIDE CLOSEUP - BOTH LIGHTS - THE DOOR

@Solanaceae / streetlight98: I've seen door-less M-250R2's. The door comes off pretty easily on those, so if it wasn't latched right, just some wind would do it...

@LilCinnamon: Good pic's
Did you note the camera watching that lot? (the reason I didn't go in the lot to take pic's)

...actually that seeing your pic' are from 2011, and here it is 2015...I guess RTD isn't very good on the upkeep of their lights Laughing

I posted a picture on lg of a fallen M250R2 door I collected late May after a storm damaged the light out front. The storm hi on May 26 and the city repaired the light (with me handing the door over) on June 7. There's a light missing the door that has a nice bird nest in it. Rolling Eyes Anyone up for scrambled eggs? Laughing

@ Keif: Wasn't that an M-250A2 door? The one with the flat glass?
Solanaceae   [Sep 14, 2015 at 08:03 PM]
At this point, I'm not sure. Is the A2 smaller than the R2? Confused
streetlight98   [Sep 14, 2015 at 10:11 PM]
The M-250A2 is a Powr/Door light and the M-250R2 is a single door light. Both fixtures are about the same size. Is the door you're talking about the only door you have? I remember you having a M-250A2 door (the glass still intact) but I don't remember seeing a second door.

This is an M-250R2.
And this is an M-250A2.

Mike, it's definitely an R2. They're the most common lights here along with kooper OVX and AEL 125. Confused
