a lot of OV-15s like this in Newport, RI. Same for Westerly, but more of those have the glass. The old utility companies here used polycarbonate spot replacement refractors (glass or acrylic for OEM) but NGrid uses acrylic replacements for everything (sometimes even 250W spot replacement refractors!) unless they reuse an old lens, in which case it could be anything. Their "standard" replacement refractor is an acrylic Lexalite (AEL plastic refractor).

these brown lenses can be ugly and block a lot of light, but they have an interesting effect with MV lamps. With a clear lamp, the light is very lime green and cool looking. With /DX the brown lens tints the light to be warmer like a /N phosphor lamp, great for indoor places needing warmer light but not high-CRI.
