What does the etch look like? I have a few lamps in my house that have a different etch too. The word "Sylvania" is in italics in the center of the lamp. The 60W ones are double lifes and the 90W ones are "supersavers".

With an etch like I've never seen before and the Philips base!
I THINK this is the only surviving bulb from a lot of them I got from a friend's house that converted to nothing but CFLs. The rest of the bulbs, I used up.
