What's bugging me now in my area is they'll install LED fixtures here & there as spot replacements or test areas, and the LEDs stick out like a sore thumb. It's like putting a few daylight fluorescents in a room lit by warm white tubes. The daylight & HPS lights are kinda strange together.

Yeah. It's like spot replacing HPS in mercury vapor installations. i would rather see spot replacenemt rather than throwing away perfectly good material though.
