wait wait....you wired all those ballasts in series? Is that what you are saying? If so, that's actually impressive..

What types and kinds of ballasts are you using?

the ballasts are in parelel if I was wiering them in seres it wood be like puting 2 incandecent bulbs in seres so 240V devided by 9 = 26.9 so eche ballast wood be geting les than 26V
