Kokka flower bulb - very unique!
This bulb has two settings. One setting is the main light, the filament is located in the neck where the blue coating is. The other setting is the flowers, each has a little filament. Depending on how far the bulb is screwed into the socket, either the flowers or the main filament will light. You can change the setting by loosening or tightening a little. The base has a spring loaded bottom contact, prolly before 3 way sockets become popular.

Very cool lamp. Interesting shape too. Seems like there were a lot more interesting lamps back then. They undoubtfully lasted longer and the filaments were stronger compared to modern incandescents.
