Kmart's very first private label light bulbs from the early 80s! They were made by Westinghouse, which was odd because at that time Kmart sold GE bulbs plus Action Tungsram bulbs.
Kmart sold a lot of the old Tungsram bulbs made in Hungary. They were sold in 3 packs for the soft white and 4 or 6 packs for the acid etched bulbs. They were 120 volts with a life of about 2000 hours I believe. These bulbs used the 240 volt design envelope with the larger neck. This was around 1975. I recall them as being well made, some of the first imported A19s I came across as a light bulb enthusiast.
Yep, I have a 6 pack of Action Tungsram 100w bulbs with a copyright year of 1975. I should take a pic. I do have imported GLS bulbs much older than that though, I have a case of 12 40w 115v bulbs made in Japan in the 40s. The dollar store bulbs of yesteryear, more like dime bulbs lol!
