They look like 2009 or 2010, made by Osram Sylvania for Osram overseas Smile What color are they?

I went there again today, and they are cool white lamps.

Still available here, no ban at present or contemplated, as well also helped by most fixtures being preheat, RS being a very small number in the population except for F96T12 tubes.
