Not Many, but like the whole trek I saw 2 or 3. And I have been going across the whole state! xD Texas has mostly OV-25 FCOs or OVYs or M0400 r2s

Yeah these are Pretty Rare....and i really Can't Figure out Why...they look like Good Decent Fixtures....and This one isn't Along an Interstate,Even though this Pole is what our Interstate Poles look like....if you Ever go into Longview Ian this is Along Texas State Highway 31 which goes right into the City...its that Funky Weird Left Exit that aren't so common as much as Right Turns on Interstates.
