The streetlight arm looks similar to what you'd see in California.

Oh, When I was in Dallas last, on the INTERSTATE I saw lots of L-250s on arms over the freeway. Lots. On double poles. One pole after another.

Which Interstate Was it? 20,30,35,45? also saw these on Double Poles.
