Must be a Canadian version package, I haven't personally seen them....
I have some Westinghouse and Sylvania MV lamps from the 60s with original packaging too as well from 70s and 80s! I have original packaging for GE MV lamps from the 80s..

Kind of like the old-schoool GE soft white lamps packaging, it had these odd pictures of various bulbs for various apppplications.
