I have never seen this one before. I think this is a Canadian lamp. I believe the Canadian division of Sylvania was still producing ceramic colored bulbs long after US production ceased. I have seen listings for "pastel pink" (60A19/PP), blue, green and yellow, but have never been able to find one in stock anywhere. In the US, the soft pinks have been inside coated since at least the '70s. I have some older ceramic coated ones that came before those.
