Could also be a Hubbel-Spaulding "Palomar" which is similar looking. LPS is common in the Southeast Riverside/North San Diego County area due to the proximity (within 30 miles) to the Palomar Mt Observatory of which this fixture is named after.

I love the old school look of a big wood pylon carrying higher voltage lines up top with lower voltage lines on the bottom.
