Looks like a Hershey's Kiss candy
In Hershey, PA there were actually streetlights that looked like the candy
I have not been there in over 17 Years (1998 was the last time I went) so I have no idea if they are still there or not

Yep, the ones in Hershy are actually just giant covers that were installed over cobraheads. The actual lights are regular cobraheads mounted on the pole with the Kiss cover over the fixture. If they wanted to go LED they could just change out the fixtures and leave the covers up. Hopefully they did that and they're still there.

Neat, I did not know that they were just covers
But I was not into lighting back then (Well just not as much as I am now)
