Black GE M250A2 w/ Glare Shield Owned by Schaumburg, Illinois, which has lots of black streetlights, mostly GE M250A2's and M400's. This one has an unusual looking glare shield on it. Hmm. Here some areas use black poles and arms, but the fixtures are always still gray.
