im Uneasy about Larger Wattage CFL's....i like Linears,Circlines,U-bends Better.

Yeah me too, The local Lowe's has a 65W CFL which according to the package equals a 300W incandescent but if I need that much light, I usually use linears or HID.

Cool High wattage version of Cool White CFL, very nice Very Happy

I would like to have this at my family room table light.

They are common as highbay replacement lamps, replacing a 250W lamp, and of course the light output is not exactly the same, but it is used " Well it fits and lights". They are also supplied in cheap fixtures to be used as complete replacements. At least they do use less power.......

yeah use less power due to they burn out in 6 to 8 months Smile
