4500K White is similar to Cool White but a bit paler in appearance.

I saw this lamp lit when I visited Henry. Indeed beautiful, it looks like a slightly bluer version of CWX.

Hmm. If you really wanted to, you could mark the centering notches yourself with a sharpie. I wouldn't advise that for a lamp this old thoguh....
