Hmm. I thought filtering cadmium sulfide eyes only limited their light sensitivity? Does it protect the eye agaisnt "drifting"? I know cds eyes are prone to this... I thought the filter was only for silicone eyes. Nice PC though! I thought DTL was the only one who still offered a cds eye. Shocked

I think it blocks UV radiations which deteriorate the eye.
