Oh, looks like a GE-made Philips! Interesting.

I looked at the pic up close it was made by Norelco at the Lynn, MA USA plant. The date code is actually 9/77. In the 70s and 90s and now the 2010s the number comes first in the date code. A few months younger than me lol.
