Revarnished Bubby Industries ballast I'm lying, this was a Westy ballast but dirty and deteriorated it needed a facelift. I got some red spray varnish from eBay, which was enough for this and a 100w ballast. I made my own label and made sure the primary and secondary winding were labeled.
