Why don't you take a closeup picture of the label (where it is easy to read) from both fixtures?

Yep, the fixture on the left will not work unless you get a 120 volt ballast. You can see the 480 volt marking on the ballast. Good thin is adding a PE receptacle will be very easy since the hole is already knocked out.

LOL I do that all the time too. Laughing BTW truckersboy you can get a 120V 100W Ballast fairly cheap here
