an intreasting fixture made by General Electric,this fixture is in a Way Similar to the Holophane Mongoose Application Wise being able to be Vertically Mounted as well as Aimed for floodlighting or off road type highway lighting.
These Appear Quite Frequently here as well,i see most on Traffic Signal Poles like this one...although some Appear Seperately on their own pole,in Fact the Already Constructed Parts of the Loop 49 Project around tyler use these Fixtures..and i recall seing some in and around Waco,Texas...the M400R2 FCO still seems to be beating it on the Popularity Scale though.
