This is NOT a small streetlight...
IT'S TINY!!!! I must tell you, an NEMA head with a bucket optics will just EAT that thing...period!

I was also surprised to see this actually has a medium base socket, not a mogul!!!! WOW!!! Not 100% sure how old this thing is but it has to be the late 60s since it has a McGraw Edison almost all over it except the glass has "Line Materials" logo on it along the Holophane on the other side of the glass....

Glad it arrived in one piece. Like it eh? Henry had a 300w medium base incandescent bulb in it when he showed it during my visit last July. You could fit a Sylvania PS30 medium base bulb in this light.

wonder if you could fit a Medium Base 100 or 80 Watt MV Lamp in there.

ME/L-M made a couple of designs for pedestrian paths and similar low intensity lighting applications. As I recall they were indended for 150 watts. Some of the Spherolite, Jrs came with medium sockets also.

I guess this is about the same size as my Powerlite gumball? Razz

I've actually saw some of these today in Elmira, ON, they were a bit shinier than this and some had PC sockets on them.
