Fetaya red A60 LED filament lamp

When I was with my father at Shufersal Matam I went to Liv Center construction shop, to see which lamps they sells.
They had mainly Fetaya LED lamps, but I've seen also purple, blue, green, yellow and red LED filament lamps all in 8W.
I bought the red one to use it as a nightlight in my room at my hostel, but when tested it in my father home, it turned out to be superglaring, having a strong "Infrared like glare", similar to that of red colored IR incandescent and halogen lamps.
The LEDs seems to be blue LED with a red phosphors, rather than non-phosphor red LEDs or white LEDs.
