My Hyundai ECO 15W "Buglite" CFL

Here is my Hyundai ECO 15W "Buglite" CFL. It isn't in use today, but had in use in my table lamp in the past.
Anyway, I think that this lamp would have the same bug attraction rate as the HPS lamps or even higher, since they put a 840 triphosphor tube inside the yellow plastic cover and not a 827 one, which don't contains any blue phosphor.
As a result, the color of this lamp isn't yellow but warm white between 2300K to 2500K.
Also, its ballast preheats the electrodes by means of a PTC and ignite the lamp in less then 1/2 sec and any extra ignition after a period as long as 10 secs of switching off, hot or cold, are instant start.
Date code is 010307, means that the lamp produced in 1.3.2007 (By european standards).
The current is 192mA.
