M-400 r3 on the ground. Don't be fooled. This wasn't knocked down. Some linemen were working on the light. they took the pole down because they are widening the road a bit so they were moving the location of the base. I asked if I could take a few pictures of it and the insides, they let me! And I also watched them put the pole back up. It was interesting. They used pulleys and stuff then bolted it down. When they connected it it seemed to not work for some reason.. IDK I wasn't exactly sure about everything about what they were doing xD Now I would love an M-400 r3. Anyone know where to get one? you could order one Directly from GE i guess...and i think i saw one at Grainger..but i think its way expensive.

Well I have an M-400 R3 now anyway! 8D Thanks for it just laying on the ground.. xD
