Yeah easy to fix. Nice old mastarm.

Form109 I remember a new gumball for sale back in the 80s it was a security light fixture. Dont remember the name though.

This long scroll arm held a gumball. Infact, there were a few here. This remains. It is a side road right by the toll plaza of the Geoerge washington Bridge in Ft. Lee.
