Backup battery for my router I bought this Li-Ion battery at Bezeq Store to protect my router from power failures and outages and also to have a Wi-Fi during a power failure. The battery itself is connected to my Q-Trade V.D.P surge protector, so it continues to backup for 4 minutes after the power is restored and during brownouts.

This battery is proprietary for these routers owned by Bezeq. I doubt if there are universal backup batteries for various router brands.
