One of the new LED lanterns in my street

I think they are 94W. They have 3000K color temperature, which looks impressive at night for a LED lantern.
The driver have a delay before lighting the LEDs.
The problem is that the beam is too wide because of the absence of optical system like in the former AEG Triangel lanterns, so that part of the light spills backward and forward, and lights the buildings nearby.
