Supco International PIP model surge protector

This is one of the three Supco surge protectors that my father bought from Supco International to his one and one that I connected to my A/C.
This one have also 3 min delay to protect against short power outages, but if there is a long power failure, this delay would be expire before the power restores, meaning that the device wouldn't be protected from HV spikes after the power has been restored.
This surge protector also have brownout and overvoltage protection, but I don't know if the overvoltage protection is like the brownout protection, by disconnecting the power and not by the MOVs themselves. I don't know if there is a delay after the voltage restores without a short power outage from brownout or overvoltage.
I'm guessing that the MOVs don't have thermal protection.
