Maintenance Yard 2020

Ministry Transportation Ontario yard view from my train that stops at a station right behind. Seems like a dumping or hoarding yard but I think its meant for testing items. They don't install much themselves as they use contractors to manage their projects. But they do stock proprietary LED panel signs that span overhead highway lanes. Grave-yarded goodies I recognize are an assortment of signal heads, even old aluminum ones just lying there, a skid of highmast HID pucks, old traffic cabinets, Anything else?
