He also showed me a pic of the other shovelhats in the same parking lot that were relamped with CFLs.

i see Shovelhats at Old Gas Stations in my Area alot....all the ones i see are incandescent....these are intreasting Fixtures indeed..they look cool...much more Decorative than the Metal Halide Canopy Lights,Shoeboxes,and Wallpacks i see at most gas stations nowadays..and the Green Porcelain seems like it would be Pretty Resilient..all of them have to be old and all the ones i see are in Great Shape!
