I wonder if this one is owned by electrical company which leases to private property...I know my electrical company does, they call it PAL...which means Private Area Lighting....

Reason why I wonder that is because your area seems to have a lot of Line Materials arms....SO is this one too!

Jace This is in Gadsden,Alabama....a Little over 600 Miles from me.

so i dunno....but alot of Places in Alabama had Cobraheads as Private Property Lighting....Even in Parking Lots you would Find a Wood Pole with Four Cobraheads and Metal Conduit Running up the Pole....where you would usually see a Metal Pole.
