They kind of look like they are on. Prolly just the sun.

yup..sun shining through the glass and bouncing off the reflector,though not all are this clean,some don't do this cause they are terribly dirty.

GE lumes are known for staying clean. However, the reflector and refractor don't aline in my 1973 M-400. Confused

i believe GE's have a Charcoal filter in the optical assembly,not sure where but i have heard this.

Yes they do have them, it is on the lamp holder area.

Is the charcoal filter the felt stuff? That's what my M-400 split door has......

That's a tiny little transformer, it's smaller than the M400!

Yeah, I've seen them use 10 KVA transformers here for one 150 watt light Shocked
