M-400A2s and LEDs
These were originally 400W HPS but they converted them to 320W PSMH a few years ago. I guess thay wanted all the same lamp type and wattage since there were all different before. 1000W MV, 400W HPS, 250W HPS, 400W MH, and 320W PSMH. they decided to convert them all to 320W PSMH and now they decided to replace them all with LED shoeboxes. :-( This parkign lot really needs more light though. Very dim at night.

BTW, these are my M-400A2s. Same exact ones. Cool Also, I went by today and there are still a few cobraheads left: Three Hubbel RLGs, two new GE M-400/M-400As (didn't look close enough to tell which model), two more M-400A2s identical to these, and one M-1000. They're still mounted up. I don't know if they are out of service now or if they are temporarily wired into the LED lights' circuit. Currently there are no LED lights in their place. Part of that section of parking lot is being turned into a building so when they're finished they'll likely put up the new lights.

The M-400/M-400As have photocell sockets with intermatic shorting caps, the M-1000 has no PC socket, the M-400A2s are identical to these so they have a black cap that snaps into the PC receptacle hole in the housing. One or two the RLGs have PC sockets and PCs...
