yep these are HAPCO poles. Smile National Grid loves these lol.

Hapco poles can be easily distinguished by looking at the pole base cover....(not the ballast housing type, but on the pole directly usually are very oval with 2 screws. We have a lot in use here....Montgomery County, Prince Georges county aluminum poles, Baltimore City poles, and the trusses arms on wooden poles in my electrical company too.

Well here there are just anchor bolt covers on the bases, no actual base cover. The black poles NGrid uses for higher-end developments have base covers though. The poles definetly aren't HAPCO though, i think they're Union Metal or Curlee or something... I personally like HAPCO poles best, but it's probably because I'm so used to seeing them everywhere.
