AEL Autobahn ATBL - First sighting, longest LED cobra I've seen
I know it's a silhouette but hopefully the nice photography makes up for it. 250W HPS replacements. First time this fixture being used. They all have only 4 diodes to achieve brightness seen of panels of the other ATB2 Autobahn fixture used here since 2015. Also appears on much higher poles on medians at other intersections as a 400W HPS equivalent. This bus rapid transit stretch construction includes HPS replacements at intersections near new bus pads.

I drove on this street today and at Clark they only replaced the 2 NW corner lights and at Woodslea they changed half of the lights.

I like how these are the same size as a medium-size cobrahead and even hold the resemblance from a side profile. Underneath they look like bizarre creatures but from the side they look pretty normal!

@Model25: yeah there isn't even work happening at Clark. And they put just one mega median double arm on Woodslea where there is no constreuction either. I guess the bus pads project also calls for spot upgrades of lighting.

@Mike: Exactly what I think too. Looks like a yard blaster from the underview! You can see a hybrid 115/125 influence from the side view which is interesting.

Steele's got some new median lights too.
