Is that one light for the orange signal and one light for the white signal Question

yes. One light is behind the white fibers and the other is behind the orange fibers

Nice but ill take the clear glass neon with the green walk anyday!

exposed tubing? seen one those at the meet too. Red WAIT, green WALK in bent neon tubing.

The WAIT/WALK is even better and more rare! Those are awesome! Man I would love to get my hands on either the WAIT or DON'T one. I remember when both of those used to be all over the place, now you are lucky if you happen to see one they missed. And what's really amazing is the ones you find still work really well like they were new after 40 something years.

Besides the green WALK on those, the other neat thing is the DONT has the apostrophe.
