Nope, it's an M-400A. The M-400A2 has a bail latch (like a tool box latch) and a more-centered PC socket.

Thanks guys. I updated the pic with that info. Any idea on age? Maybe early 80's when mass MV -> HPS changeouts were being done?

This is likely an early 80s version (model was in production from 1966 to 1985). If it's from the 70s it's a rare one. GE started using NEMA tags in the mid-70s, starting with HPS models and then MV.
