Failed F40T12 in wraparound
This fixture was the first of a number of new wraparounds installed in the locker rooms at the neighborhood swimming pool back in the late 1980's. This one was installed in 1988 I believe, with GE cool white tubes. The pool operates 7 days a week in the summer months and the lights are on during the entire operating hours most days even though there are skylights. So, the lights do about 1000 hours a year. I don't know the brand of these fixtures but they're quite nicely made.

Looks sorta like some in my local town hall/community center...but they're T8 with 3500K lamps, mostly GE EcoLux "StarCoat".
Maybe they were T12 originally? If so it explains the warm white GE Mainlighters and Norelco F40CWs I found in the trash there...

Nice fixtures! These appear to be the Metalux WSN series, one of my favorite wraparounds.

@GEsoftwhite100watts: That's awful that they were throwing away those Mainlighters and Norelcos!
