This is a distribrution center where newspaper carriers come to fold & bag papers for their delivery routes. About 200 carriers come here every night.
The lights each have six T8 four footers. If you look closely, you can see a couple of F96 fixtures from an earlier installation.
Yes, slimlines. There are about a dozen of them and they're still connected to power but most have dead lamps or ballasts. The one above my table still has one working lamp in it. I've watched the other lamp gradually get dimmer as it got mercury starved. All the slimline lamps have icky green end caps!
