Covered energy saving CFLs marketed by Nisko, Israel, made by an unknown factory in China, and branded Sunlight in Home Center shop in Nesher city You can see the logo of the mercury thermometer with a red diagonal line on the printing, means that Nisko promotes these lamps as liquid mercury free and that their solid amalgam is the source of mercury vapour, while this isn't the case as they are still lit at full intensity instantly after turning on from cold state.
