A two lights wig-wag LED flasher to prevent vehicles to stand on the railroads
This flasher is similar in appeance to the pedestrian crossing wig-wag flasher but without the sign and the black pedestrian symbol. Like the LED traffic lights in Israel, this flasher also have exactly the same constraction like incandescent one, but instead of the socket, there is a small LEDs array mounted behind the reflector and the translucent lens which modified somewhat.
Anyway this type of flasher is as the result of the large wave of vehicle-train accidents that caused because many times, a vehile was stood on the railroad a short time before a train was passed it (Sometime directed), despite the red halogen flashers flashed, the bells was ringed (Electromechanical bells with solenoids hits them) and and the electric barriers are lowerd (Often breaking the barriers).

By the way most of the vehicles that stood on the railroads before the train hit them, were commercial vehicles (Like trucks, vans etc...) and only rarely private cars.
Also most of the trains that fell victim to these accidents were push-pull (Mo-Du in hebrew) trains with a locomotive made by Alstom, But few of the trains were IC3 motorcoachs.
