It is not shining toward to the parking lot
The sky will be shining orange color at night

Or white if the flood light is metal halide. HPS seems more likely though unless the museum owns it.

Yeah, we own the flood and the poles they are on, they are 150 watt HPS.
Update: This still hasn't been fixed, the flood still lights up.
