But a wild guess...since this pic isn't clear enough.....is that the ballast is not in there, but there is an HPS lamp here because it's a remote ballasted series wiring HPS system....

Yep remote ballast. BTW sorry for the pic. My camera is tricky to use nowadays it blurs easily and I can't afford a new camera at this time.

clean your camera lens! And make sure you half press to focus it...and be sure Macro button is turned off
