cool. thats an oldie it look like inside frost have a duller frost than the normal softw whites

Yep thats correct it's the classic acid etched frosted glass opposed to the thin silica coated "standard" bulbs.

Slightly off topic, but did the whole Longs chain change their name to CVS, or did they just go totally kauput? There are some 100w Longs brand bulbs at my Mom's house in California...

Longs was sold to CVS in 2008 and all stores were converted to CVS in 2009, except they kept the Longs name in Hawaii.

Restore find: Sylvania 75w inside frosted bulbs from the 80s

I got this pack for just 75 cents. The bulbs date to 1986, a few years after GE moved away from inside frosted standard light bulbs for the most part. The pack still has the original price tag from the now defunct Longs Drugs store chain, priced at 69 cents.
