Heres my first American 400w medium pressure mercs! GE A-H1s
Can't believe this ebay seller had so many of them, but its cool that plenty of collectors could get their hands on these at affordable prices. The first two on the left are post Mazda, made in 3/49 and 12/49. The one on the right is an older Mazda model, made in 8/43. These things look like they were made yesterday, and man they have lots of mercury! Will light one this weekend. I have had a couple European medium pressure mercs and a GE 250w H2 lamp for a while, so these GE A-H1s will add nicely to my existing collection of these historic mercury lamps.

CrazyLamp   [Feb 14, 2012 at 08:39 PM]
yea it sucks. there should have been more around GOL member.
don   [Feb 15, 2012 at 02:16 PM]
lol who needs ten of these? Maybe to resell at a higher price. Watch for them to pop up again at a higher price.
The seller Cyndee$Attic used to buy up all of the AR-1 and Neon lamps on ebay and resell them at double-triple the price.
joe_347V   [Feb 15, 2012 at 02:42 PM]
Rolling Eyes Reminds me of those people who buy up all the iPhones at launch and then resell them on eBay/CL/Kijiji for few times the price. Mad

Well personally I wouldn't buy them if the person who bought ten decides to sell them later on for a few times the original price.

Oh, look at this , just like was predicted. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Mad

Wonderful, Mad I wonder if our ten missing lamps will be making a public appearance soon. Rolling Eyes
A_lights   [Feb 15, 2012 at 06:18 PM]
Looks as if it's the same seller that de listed some (10) and is now selling them higher price due to demand Mad
gailgrove   [Feb 15, 2012 at 06:21 PM]
Really, what a jerk... Mad
mercuryvaporrocks   [Feb 15, 2012 at 06:24 PM]
That is ridiculous for the seller to raise the price. It's like asking $3,000.00 for a beat up vehicle that has over 200,000 miles on it. Rolling Eyes

Laughing @ Joseph. I wish I knew about these earlier and could have got one for $16.00,I would still like to get one for my collection as I don't have a A-H1, but now will have to spend $40.00 plus shipping. Crying or Very sad
Silverliner14B   [Feb 16, 2012 at 03:42 AM]
Well $40 is still a baragin, I have seen them go for $100-200 in the past! Shocked And that's for one that's prolly used and almost at EOL.
lite_lover   [Feb 16, 2012 at 07:16 AM]
Yep,that's true Dave,I've also seen them go for nearly $100 in the past,I did decide to go for it and purchase one today,as $40 is still a good deal.
